Wen? is a Discord community aggregating information about various industries, including sports, stocks, forex, crypto, gaming, and AI. Access is provided exclusively through a monthly subscription. No physical products are sold or shipped.
Your subscription with Wen? begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. You will be billed on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Subscription access grants you entry to the members-only Discord community for the duration of your active billing period.
We do not offer refunds once a charge has been processed. All payments are final. If you have questions or concerns about a charge, please contact us at lenayeee@gmail.com before your next billing date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe, your payment processor. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the community through the end of your current billing cycle. Access will not be renewed after that period unless you resubscribe.
You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date account and payment information. We are not liable for service interruptions resulting from outdated payment details, expired cards, or failed charges due to information you have not kept current.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the community available and operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, platform outages, or other circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect availability.
Wen? reserves the right to modify this fulfillment policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
